Chihlee University of Technology and Hanoi Foreign Languages and Technology College held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony for academic interchange and research collaboration. Prof. Ju-Long Chen, President of Chihlee University of Technology, and Bùi Văn Quân, President of Hanoi Foreign Languages and Technology College, were the signatories to the MOU, in support of joint development.
